Sales / Product Specialist

McHale is seeking to recruit a Sales / Product Specialist. This is a permanent position based at our Head Office in Ballinrobe, Co Mayo.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assisting with selling & promoting the McHale portfolio of products with sales teams and distributor networks.
• Increase product awareness in the marketplace and drive sales.
• Organise, prepare and attend trade shows, demonstrations and dealer open days.
• Provide product training and demonstration to our customers and support our distributors.
• To continually develop strong product knowledge on new and existing products.
• Maintain positive business relationships & maximise the potential of the market.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2 years sales experience in similar role is required.
• A knowledge of farming and agricultural machinery is essential.
• Ability to operate and demonstrate machinery is desirable.
• Ability to travel worldwide when required.
• Full clean driving licence.
• Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work on one’s own initiative and take direction when required.
• Ideally suited to a flexible, adaptable and outgoing person.
