Since our establishment, the McHale research and development team have been fundamental in the growth of the company and the development of the McHale brand. The team work in a fast paced environment, in which they develop, test and get machines ready for production.

We are currently seeking applications from design engineers who possess the following skills and attributes, to join our team:

1. Three to five years mechanical design experience.
2. Fully proficient in Pro Engineer Design package.
3. Experience in stress analysis and testing sought but not essential.
4. Ability to work on his/ her own initiative and be a team player when circumstances dictate.
5. Proven track record in project management.
6. Knowledge of agricultural machinery operation sought but not essential.
